How do I return an item?

Simply Cloth Diapers will gladly refund your money minus a 10% restocking fee for products that are returned in the original, undamaged package and in as-new condition (unwashed / unused) within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges may be made without incurring a restocking fee as long as the value of the exchange is equal to or greater than the original purchase price and products are in their original undamaged condition.

Washed or used items are non-returnable. Used or clearance items are non-returnable. You are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. Please Contact Us for return authorization.
